Our resources include state-of-the-art data retrieval equipment and systems,
on-line and fax systems, computer systems and word processing centers.
We have the capability of responding to our clients needs very quickly
with this equipment, our market data center and library. We subscribe
to valuation and costs data that is updated daily from various organizations
or valuation services. Our on-line and CD Rom services allow us to access
sales data within minutes for all local counties. More specifically we
use the local Multiple Listing Service which includes online County Records
information. Additionally, we have
a full library of FEMA flood map information for the counties that we
serve. Monarch's customers receive comparable sales searches that are
provided to lenders to help them evaluate a homeowner's particular situation.
Methodology
Our valuations and evaluations are meticulously researched and subject
to our special in-house quality control check system. All appraisers are
state licensed, and required to take continuing education. Well researched
and accurate reports are a priority at Monarch.
